Hey! If you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the psychology content, this is exactly what you need. These are the notes/essays I used to get an A*, and I’m sharing them in a way that actually makes revision easier and less stressful.

What’s Inside

• Full A/A* essays and notes for Relationships only. (Please look at my bundle for every topic in a level Psychology- it is better value for money)
• Each topic has 1 AO1 paragraph + 3 AO3 paragraphs, designed to make a full 16-mark essay.
• Make sure to tailor them to the question e.g. a strength of the research into…
• For 8 markers, use the focus of the question and the general paragraph (where applicable).
• Some topics have extra AO1 or AO3 content so you can tweak answers to fit any question-they’re also perfect for smaller questions.
• AO3 paragraphs follow the structure my school taught: Point, Evidence, Explanation, Counterargument, Conclusion, but you can adapt them if your school does it differently.
• You can use the notes just for evaluation ideas, just for key AO1 terms, or however they help you most.
• Some evaluation points are from textbooks, some are my own ideas or ones we discussed in class, and everything has been checked by my teachers.

How to Use Them

• I memorised everything and “spat it out” in the exams, but don’t worry if your memory isn’t that strong!
• You can use them to pick key AO3 points for evaluations, review AO1 terms and key knowledge, or structure your essays more easily
• Use them in the way that works best for you- they’re flexible.

Important

• I sat my exams in 2025, so these notes are based on the old spec.
• The 2027 spec is very similar, just minor changes, but make sure to double-check if you’re doing the new spec.
